Hupp Hearing Aid Services (HHAS) provides screenings consisting of air, bone, and speech tests, which measure the degree and shape of hearing loss. These tests are required before fitting new aids. A free one-week trial is available before purchasing the recommended aids. All new hearing aids come with a three-year manufacturer's warranty and free follow-up sessions for adjustments, cleaning, and assistance with any issues.
For current hearing aid users, HHAS provides maintenance such as cleaning, repairs, and replacing small parts such as domes, wax guards, tubings, and new earmolds.
Hearing levels may decrease over time and may require fitting adjustments to your current aids. If the software of your current aids is not available, loaner aids can be fitted for you while awaiting services from the original provider.
